Why don't I get 5 points for posting or the lottery?
How does the password release system work?
How does the loyalty system work?
How long do I have to wait to get access to the Loan Shark, Marketplace & Poker Client?
How do the Carbon\Aced\PDC Coupons work? When are they sent to my account?
How do I request a refund for a tournament I missed?
How do I send in a support ticket \ help question?
I did a survey \ download \ watched a video and didn't get any points

Weekly Player Ratings
Donkey Betting

I would pay someone 1000 points to find every faq and every FAQ answer, link them like I did, organize and put it on 1 page.. Anyone up to it?

Most of them (the promotions) have Faqs.
Everything else, you have to search the forum (There's a search function)

under marketplace... if i started a trade with another user but didn't release the points to that user. when will those points come back into my account since it wasn't released?
