Not receiving points!

Okay so I go to Matomy and click on one of the offers... It says it will pay out after I have submitted a valid email address. So I put all my legit info and even check my email and I have successfully done so, but the problem is that it is not giving me my points. It has done this for multiple Matomy offers... What do I do?

I never get points for surveys even when they said I completed them

Not everything converts. That's why most don't do certain tasks. It's always best to check the what's working section first before you do a survey.

Same here, I have also done registraion many times but did not got points.

Sometimes they dont work. Try a bunch and see if you get some.

A lot of these 'survey" you have to screenshot when completed and inquiry for sponsor help

it happens to me few times but what you can do there...just keep calm and go for more pts

I stick with the smaller offers (under 100 points each) - I would rather do 3 tasks @ 60 points a pop then spend 45 mins going through a survey and not get points for it.
