not available for my country

I tried some of the surveys etc under "pokerowned tasks" and it keeps saying survey not available for my country. Now im from Africa but there's nothing for africa that i can see so how do i get points? Where else do i look? (i mean other then pokerowned tasks) I had to make my country UK since africa isn't on the list. How is everyone else getting points when they not in america or UK?
