it should say opt in, if you cant opt in you most likely do not have enough points. They run just like the Stars tournaments

request a refund under the help desk, wording the tournament number exactly as it is in your profile, I have no idea about that issue, but I think I have seen others mention it Hopefully someone has had it happen and can help.
