How do I register for the Bovada Freeroll ( There was no register button )

I did opt in and I did get the password, there was no register button on the bovada site

request a refund under the help desk, wording the tournament number exactly as it is in your profile, I have no idea about that issue, but I think I have seen others mention it Hopefully someone has had it happen and can help.
