    Help me remove this toolbar!!!

    I DOWNLOADED A GAME TO GET POINTS AND THIS STUPID TOOLBAR CAME WITH IT.. I DELETED THE GAMEWRANGLER GAME BUT THE TOOLBAR STAYED.. ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA HOW I CAN GET RID OF IT?

    I HAVE GOOGLE CHROME

    ITS NOT ON THE LIST IN ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS

    I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD A TOOLBAR REMOVER-FAIL

    I EVEN TRIED TO DOWNLOAD A GAMEWRANGLER GAME TO TRY AND UNINSTALL IT AGAIN





    PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS

    uninstall always worked for me. try uninstalling and reinstalling chrome i guess.

    i also use chrome ... and can never figure out how to manage bookmarks or toolbars ... i guess its just faster than mozilla

    If its google chrome try clicking on the wrench thing beside where you type in website address. Go to tools then extensions. It might be there.

    Yes, I have Google Chrome too and it happened to me but I don't remember what I did.

    just my 2 cents.... I rarely download a game. ect... but if I do, I am very careful to do a "custom" download
    and uncheck all those happy little free extras they try to slip in

    Try start>Run> and type msconfig. Click the startup tab at the top and uncheck it from the list. Apply and reboot

    I was just gonna suggest this. CCleaner is the download you want for a job like this. I run it once a month anyways at least, so its nice to have around on the hard drive.
