When doing anything for points, make sure you go all the way to the end, once you believe you are at the end take a screen shot of the completed offer, wait the time it says to wait, if it isn't there by that time, go back to the offer page and top right corner there is a "Offer Support" feature put in the correct info they will send you a email explaining EVERYTHING just tell them the offer attach the screenshot and wait you will receive the points. How to take a screen shot.
Right above your delete key same row as the function keys (f1-f12) theres a button that says "PRTSCR/SYSRQ" press that once and go to paint and either right click and paste or CTRL+v and save it.
