Help!! I am missing my points and I completed a Survey

im having hard times to get points since 1 week.. i got almost 1/10 ratio at every survey/download, even at facebook stuffs.. is there any possibility that they could mark you as "persona non grata" or something coz of putting their mails to spam or uninstall some softwares after 1-2 days? im really confused about this..

di 2 surveys for peanut labs completed them and finished them.at the end they said i alreadycompleted both surveys which i never did what a waste of time

I also did 4 offers for sponsorpay completed them completely and never received anything,quite confusing

i have problems with sponsor pay also. i do surveys all the time and rarely get the points
