I was awarded some points for an offer 4 months ago but it has been locked ever since. It says being held for fraud check. How long does that take?

i just did the win free taco bell for a year i completed it didnt recieve my points its in CPA it even said thank you for particicpating you have now been entered to win and i didnt recieve the points

That happens a lot. Many offers don't convert into points, it's just the way it is.
