Help!! I am missing my points and I completed a Survey

ive done quite a few serveys that took forever but i have no idea how to screen shoot i even did a insurance quote which those are for alot of points and i didnt recieve any and it took me a good bit of my time

would be really nice if someone could fill me in on what donkeydown means it means if they dont place you get money right?

geting really dissapointed they im filling my computer up with a whole bunch of dowloads taking surveys and getting nothing to show for it

everytime i do a high paying survey for alot of points it never goes through! why is this?

keep a screenshot of the last page when u complete a survey and then email the company the attachment saying u dint get ur points on PO. I wouldnt do this its too much work for me but if ur doin a survey or making a purchase for big points u shud do this nexttime.
