the button is usually top right it says prtsc sysrq or something like that ..press it then go down to ur windows symbol open paint and click paste ...then save it as a jpeg pic ... if u dont have windows paint then go to ur pics and right click a pic u dont like and open with paint then paste over it and save it.

I always follow this guide and spent hours doing these things to get my points and didn't get 250+ from opinion something, registered with Disney didn't get 78 pts, vip voice, no points, and several others I can't remember the names. its getting very frustrating.
