Help!! I am missing my points and I completed a Survey

I have bought some poker points through Matomy with Paypal, have an order confirmation, but the points have not shown up yet to my account. Thank you for anyone who has any information or who can try to help.

i am so sick of matomy tasks not working. any time the download closes your browser it doesn't work

the thing I hate about matomy tasks is that the downloads are all the same game company and they have a dozen adds but only seem ot pay out once.

matomy tasks are not working for me too. Whenever I open them it is saying not available for my country. Anyone else facing this problem?

Did this for 2 hours 45 minutes last night, earned a whopping total of 12 points, when it should have been a few hundred, dont waste your time with this folks.

I can't get screenshots either. I saved some completion webpages and mailed them to matomy and they said they couldn't open them

Now peanut labs downloads aren't working for me either. They used to always work and matomy's are always a crapshoot bc if your browser closes during a download it doesn't work
