Help!! I am missing my points and I completed a Survey

there is a freester offer on trial pay and it shows up on the feature offers on front page that it won't let me complete

is it because i have a debit card and not a credit card, all it says is visa card required?

I have done a few and not have been credited and i also have read to clear cookies as well as that should help.

well i did the Achieve Visa pre paid debit card. I know all my info was correct because they have already mailed me the debit card. Where in the hell are my points?
