I'm not getting points for my posts in the forums. The first one I made was less than thirty words, and I read that posts need to be at least thirty words to get credit for them. Are they any other rules (other than a max of 5 posts per day)?

Not sure maybe you had reached your max for the day and didnt realize it. Try to contact support
