hello, i dont want to complain. i just would like to know if they site that offers the points when completed. their telling me that the offer wasnt complete. doesnt the offer have to be complete if it reqiures a credit card for a service charge or shipping cost. well i have 5 or 6 different offers that charged my credit card the few. but i am being told the offer was incomplete. i did a debt card offer not complete but i have the card the complany sent me from that offer. did a fingerhut offer not complete, but i have an account with them with a credit line that they seat up. i just bought something yesterday. if it wasnt complete i wouldnt have an account with fingerhut because i never heard of that compant in my live. sorry about complaining i just got carried away the hotter i got. s[pending hours of my time doing the offers and getting my cc charged for it and not recieving the points,, i have sent the sites an inqurery on about a 5th of them, and i get emails back stating incomplete and that is it. not telling me what is incomplete just incomplete. sorry again for making the trouble.
