i tryed the crowd flower id 1 150 pointer and a 110 pointer it said completed but didnt recieve the points

I might of opted in too early but I refreshed my page & noticed I had to log back in. After I did I was no longer opted in a few minutes before posting this. It was for Juicy Steaks freeroll at 11pm est. 90 points. Can I get them back ? Im going to use another 90 right now to get opted in again. Ty
