Hello, I played the Grepolis and collected made over the 300 threshold in the game more than 2 days ago. Howover, none of the promised 320 points were credited to me at pokerowned. Thanks

I got screenshots after screenshots of page that say "completed" most will have the requirement listed in screenshot. But there really is no way to send these kind of survey screenshots.

In an attempt to get 1k points,this is what I have to offer.

In my last post I made comment about screenshots, but I didn't know how to go about going to support.
As Zab said "If your survey says "Completed" DO take a screenshot.

When you save it to file name it and +add the site that offer it (Matomy,peanutlab etc ).
If you have not received points in correct time limit.Go back to offerwall .
Matomy has a "check offer status" ( I didn't notice it before.).Box will open and tell what surveys you have viewed.
It has "inquire about this offer"
Box open and it will say you have not completed but, "If you believe that you have successfully completed the offer, please click here to send us a copy to confirm it and we will examine it further.

They will send email
Open email
Attach the file of that completed survey and send in.

Please know that this will work

I just received my points from Matomy.

TokenAds did answer my email ,but I think I might have gotten my files and survey site mixed up.

try screenshotting the proof that you did them and send it to trial pay
