Creating a client screen name issues.

Every so often this comes up, someone is trying to create a PO client account and they are having an issue. Herein lies the problem:

BOTH your client screen name you are trying to create AND your current Pokerowned screen name have to be 12 characters or less. I have to assume this is because the client shows both names in the log-ins tab there, as some players have different client and PO names. My client s/n is RedAsRgr8 but my PO s/n is MichMan. When I log in it lists them both. Hope this helps.

If your PO name is already too long, you must have Zab change it, and the new name will become your new PO log in also. So choose wisely.
