Carbon freeroll help

I bought a coupon for the Carbon PO freeroll and then gave me a refund because it said wrong username ?. What did i do wrong?Also how do i chat in the main lobbey i dont see no where to type in.

The username you receive your coupons under is the name you use at the tables, not your nickname, so make sure that's the name you have registered here at PO to play under.

As for chatting in the lobby, you should be able to now, you can use the chat after you have made your first post. If you can't, refresh the page.
