Carbon coupons

Does anybody know how to get the coupons on Carbon like: "$2 All-in or Fold SnG", "$2.16 Double Up Entry Coupon", "$1 Turbo SnG", and "$1.08 Double Up Entry Coupon"?

One problem I have ran into is when you win a $2.20 ticket in the $100k Gtd restricted games, there are no games to use it on. I tried to register in the $2.20 bounty mtt, which does not have the option to use a ticket. Guess I will have to wait it out for Maximus V and hope there is some event in the series with that level of buy-in. If anyone knows what games we can use to buy in to, I would appreciate the feedback. I may try to register in the SnG Dolphin room tonight, but i am fairly certain the tickets are for mtt's only.
