Cannot register for Poker Client

I am having trouble registering for the Poker Client. It just keeps saying username must be between 3 to 12 characters, i keep trying different user names within the limits but nothing works. I have tried registering in IE, Firefox and Chrome, but it repeats the same problem. anyone found a solution to this?

you have to message zab and have him change your username. misterlongface is 14 characters, obv needs to be 12 or less

Ok thank you, i thought that it was only talking about the player name you create when registering in the client so ill have to ask Zab to change my PO name
