Bovada freeroll password confusion, refunded points

The new Bovada freeroll was unveiled without any special instruction annoucement to my knowledge (im fairly new user). First time I tried assuming it was straight forward, similar to registering for a Carbon tourney. Missed password/tourney. Tried a second time couple weeks later, missed the "window" for password. Finally read the instructions in forum. With all the steps required, I do not care to play any Bovada freerolls, but is there a way I can get my points refunded?
