Not all things convert, but hands down the quickest is a good run on the client.

i like donkey bets and llbs. otherwise, offers actually get easier over time because what converts becomes more apparent

You have to clear history and cache and create new email but there is a much easier way to get them, buy them!!

Peanut Labs surveys and Crowdflower tasks are the highest converting for me, nearly 100% on them all

a lot of surveys are restricted... the best and the surest I think it is to be active and make a minimum of 5 posts/ day
