Your posts need to be a minimum of 25 characters and there is a cap, meaning you cant get more free points than you have earned.
Not all of the sections give them, I know PokerOwned Talks and Upgrades does, I think Poker Rooms and Software, I am not sure about the others.

Check the video sections, radio loyalty gives 5 points every 10 minutes when you enter the captcha, it does pay on delay.
If you have crowdflower tasks available, those are quick and easy when you get the hang of them.
