who do you feel is to blame for the full tilt fiasco? howard lederer or chri ferguson me personally i say ferguson as he was the main mastermind behind it all.

How about both of them, as well as Ray Bitar all had a role as it was all their jobs to overlook stuff like that.
Lederer disgusts me anyways though. This just added to it.

I blame all of them equally. They knew what they were doing so they should all take the blame for it.

I think all involved are equally culpable including the players who knew they were operating in a grayish area so ............

Anyone that would have complained about putting in their money in that site if something goes wrong, and it does. People knew the risks, if they cared about money and they still they did it, they have no one to blame but themselves. Where did they think these websites were hosted? LA? NY?
Your hole cards are the least important factor in Texas hold'em.

I never played at full tilt or poker stars back when americans could play there so I really couldnt say.

I wasn't a part of the fiasco, but I certainly still blame them both equally for the issue, besides throughout my learning of poker those were always the players i didn't like watching on shows like PAD, always ruined great tables [especially lederer]
