    i think both r not going to happen....FTP owners r in some caribean island at this moment and theres no good reason for the US government to regulate online poker..........

    Well it looks like the answer to my question has been answered. Never thought in a million years that Poker Stars would be the one to ride to the player's rescue by reportedly purchasing Full Tilt with the caveat that Poker Stars will repay all of Full Tilts outstanding debt.
