Well Nevada and Delaware already have legislation in place and will both probably be up and running by the end of the year. They will need to join in some inter-state pact to make it worth their while. I think they would prefer to see federal legislation regarding this, but since there is nothing that forbids it, I think they will go forward with that plan. After that other states will follow suit and the feds will have to enact something so they can grab a piece of that pie. It will take a while, but it is coming.

The US should read this quote......

"I believe in poker the way I believe in the American Dream. Poker is good for you. It enriches the soul, sharpens the intellect, heals the spirit, and - when played well, nourishes the wallet" Saying.......................by Lou Krieger

lets do it this is an avalanche just starting...I would say within a couple of months you would see companies and states working thru NJ and NV to allow other states to provide the online poker.

I'm sure it'll be legal once the government figures out how to regulate it and tax it. And tax the players too.

There was a group called Fair Play USA, but I don't think it ever gained any steam. I just noticed they don't even have a website anymore.
