I wouldn't mind a state by state running there own sites..eventually you'll get states that are right next to each other who would proably merge together....Wisconsin, where im from, is full of casino so I don't know why they wouldn't do it here

california has poker rooms but there is a moritorium on them right now so no new ones. could online poker just be tied to those?

yes,I find it ridicolous that you can play lottery to the high heavens but,poker is illegal in the same state,nothing moral mind you it's just the state government is making a ton of money from it.Poker is a way better gamble than lottery.

my state's letting Indians open up casinos all over the place... but if you play online poker you are a criminal.... very logical.. don't you think?

it really sucks...the govt needs to legalize online poker ASAP so we can capitalize on the rush of donks who will join the game. in the meantime lets all develop our games so we can capitalize when it happens.

Iv'e come to the realization that United States Government doesn't care about people. What's the harm in wanting to play poker. They might as well be in my bathroom with me while I take a pee. "keep on pokering"!

not sure if someone said this already, but NJ just allowed online poker too.
