i don't think the government is terribly inclined to let us back into the golden days since while they can still maintain some control over casinos within US territory, online sites with servers in a different control are beyond their access unless they can give the hosting country a pretty damn good reason for the US intervention. Easiest way is just to handicap online poker through lawmaking. The poker community may not be large enough to make enough of a dent in the lawmaking body and theres enough of a stigma on gambling/poker so that gathering the favor of the general populace is more difficult.
Would be nice to get PS or FTP, progress is slow if itll ever come to that though.

I feel for you guys. I'm in one of the states where you can play online legally and they have sites like 888 and Party Poker. I'm currently getting 80% rakeback on 888 until May. Honestly it's pretty unreal. Lots of overlay on tournaments and freerolls and stuff. If you're in California I read that Pokerstars is trying to open up there.

they have legalized it in NJ I believe that is new!It will take alot more longer than a year or two for them to pass it nationally, but there are sites that genuinely take in us players like Bovada, Bet online, Sportsbook, and carbon is the ones I know of and Bovada is the easiest and quickest one to payout and lowest deposit with visa. Where were you playing before or now?
