This is a case about a ponzi scheme not a poker game, the money and the precedent of its ownership pre-dates the poker game. Just like you cant steal a car and gamble it at the dragstrip in a pinkslip race. It wouldn't be your car to gamble if it was allocated fraudulently. Reading comprehension does not seem to be getting much billing in this thread.
