Tournament poker is a game of skill ring games are not. And in terms of comparing to chess poker sits at about 78-82 % skill whereas chess is 100% ONLINE poker may diminish significantly if the house cheats with its technology which I suspect they do.

There is more than a plethora of empirical evidence to support the game is as much a game of skill as chess or backgammon - this is an epic failure! We've elected blind rats

Well the government with its confiscatory tax policies reminds me a lot of the house in a poker game. Tax when you make, tax when you spend, tax property forever so that you never truly own it......
The government doesn't want its taxpaying serfs moving in on their racket (not w/o their rake that is).
