Its not really about if hes guilty or not, its about what he did to ALOT of people, their money, n in some cases, ppls livelihoods. Theres alot of ppl out there that wouldnt mind askin him a few questions at the minimum. And even if thats all that happens is argument, the poker room isnt gonna want that there distracting their games n such. Just a matter of how much its gonna effect the safety of their patrons n their bottom line. If its gonna do that then the card room has every right to ask him not to play. If they let him then the other players have a right to not sit at the same table as him or even be there while he is.
Just my opinion on it.
