Never played on FTP so really not involved on a personal level, but sounds like something should be done.

It should be up to the individual casinos and their opinions. There can never be a legal ban because he's not found guilty of any wrong doing, but in the court of public opinions he's completely guilty. If Aria feels that they don't want him in their casino they can ban him. I bet they hesitate to do it because Howard still has a number of high profile poker friends. If they ban him, none of those friends are going to come play in their poker room either.
When I looked up "Ninjas" in Thesaurus.com, it said "Ninja's can't be found" Well played Ninjas, well played.

Yeah I think what Lederer did was a crime and very wrong. I honestly think he needs to be arrested and put in prison to think about the decisions he has made. He ruined many lives by stealing their money. There were many people who trusted FTP and made their salary on that site to provide for their families.

Yet, what a wonderful country we live in. Innocent until proven guilty. Where staying ahead of the law, although shady, seems to out weigh obvious wrong doing. Who knows how to tell a story, by painting a picture with pieces of information better then a poker player? As to the question, without knowing details personally, I sleep comfortably knowing karma is a bitch. If I were Howard I might be wondering when karma is going to show up!!

This is the country we live in. Animal abusers get handed fat NFL contracts. Female abusers get record deals. So and and so on.
