this bill will supercede the 2011 bill now making it a federal law allowing all states to participate in online gambling looks real good

I still think they should have made it poker specific. A federal judge ruled last year that poker is not gambling by definition....so technically poker is no longer a violation of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Act based on that precedent. Just a little confirmation bill would be all it would take to get stars and tilt back to us.

It's a good step, but the brick-n-mortars have their lobbyists firmly ensconced in DC, with lots of cash (er.... I mean campaign donations) to spread around.
