It's a felony to play online poker in my state. Nobody has ever been prosecuted, but if this becomes a state by state decision to operate off of some sort of federal government structured gambling laws, I expect this state will move quickly to legalize it. There is some movement to decriminalize it in the state legislature, but I think it will become legal through the federal government before anything changes here.

well that is what this bill is about making it legal at federal level and the states actions would only come into to play if they ban it at states level
