i dont think it will get it it tried in new jersey when it became legal and they did not get their bid even consiered

California Tribes Agree Online Poker Terms

This link makes it a little easier to understand. Basically, each 'licensee' (ie tribe) will be allowed to run two online sites through them, provided all horse racing is excluded. The Morongo band of indians, have ironed out a deal with Pokerstars, this WILL be one of their networks. However, it most likely won't roll out the first year or so, due to the bad actor clause in the legislation, they will have to have 'time served' and pay w/e penalties required to clear that status, and then they may start in CA, albeit a bit later then other networks.

Hope this explains it a lil better! This may be coming as soon as early next year if this gets passed through this year as hoped
