wait, does this have anything to do with the casino over in Europe not paying him his winnings??? I find it hard to be Ivey would try to cheat. The mans a honest gambler and he doesnt have to cheat to win hes just the f'n man. Ivey Ivey Ivey!!!!!!

I agree with the law. It is up to the casino to make sure their cards are properly cut and unmarked. Players should use every advantage they can get to beat the house and if the house wants to make it easier on intelligent and observant people then that's their own fault. Ivey did not mark the cards, he just observed the difference between them and used it to his advantage. To me, it's the same as having a perfect read on a player. It's not cheating if the opponent gives you the advantage, it's just bad for the opponent. Casinos get away with robbing people daily because they keep the advantage, but when the advantage sways to the player, they classify it as "cheating". Well in that case, they are lifetime cheaters.
