I am not a lawyer, but i understand that in the first place, it is not illegal to play poker online, unless specifically prohibited by your state law. The whole black friday deal was aimed at one thing and ended up catching a different thing, as they were wrong about the context of the law, so they got the sites by using the funds aspect, but actual participation in the games is not illegal, but any cash involvement brings in a whole different set of rules into play.

Its just a matter of time. It all has to do with money. But there is a lot at stake,on both sides of argument, so someone will make it happen.
