Doesn't national law trump state law? I'm really confused.

Even if pokerstars and fulltilt are allowed to come back I'm sticking with the pokerowned sponsered sites! So lets just hope that they'll be included in future tournies!

For those wondering, no, you can not play on PS or FT if you live in Nevada. Nevada specifically included a provision that barred basically any company that has previously provided online poker to be involved with internet poker providers in Nevada. Also UIGEA that bans online gambling legal transactions specifically allows for INTRAstate online gaming. As long as the poker sites are only operating within Nevada, they are legal. And if anyone is confused INTRAstate means within the state, INTERstate means between state.
