There is a vote set for feb 27 in NJ that Christtie has sent back to the state. He is asking for 15%. They say it will be legal in mid april but will still need tme to approve licenses which could take how long????

don't understand, i am in the states and gamble online. how is this any different? you mean that now a state (nevada) can run a online poker client? if the answer is yes, ... this means there are no poker clients being run in the USA?
i don't see any state but Nevada doing this if right now at this time they are the only state involved.
i see many a hookers but nevada is the only place to allow it.
Nevada get's to do what it wants. it has political backs

The current poker sites aren't being run in the US, they are being run from other countries. Nevada legalizing online poker basically means it is legal only within the state of Nevada to operate a poker site or to play on one. Right now playing online poker is isn't specifically legal, and operating a real money site is definitely illegal.
