The reasoning behind a network wide suspension is believed to be because a suspension on Carbon alone would create a mass cash flow to other skins and put Carbon at a disadvantage. They can't afford to do that since it's their flagship skin.
after reading this, it makes perfect sense as to what is going on. A lot of times new news can cause panic and fear but when we break it down it isn't really so bad. Thanks for this info.
