Good timing - PPA sent an email a few day ago warning that opponents are trying to get States Attorneys General to sign a petition to outlaw even the little online poker that we have. Of course these are the same holier-than-thou hypocrites who are banging their interns while spouting off about family values.
I'm not slurring my words. I'm talking in cursive. I believe the ladies find it to be quite elegant.

I'm neither an attorney, nor do I play one on TV, but I will confidently predict that the fine senator's bill will go nowhere. The whole reason New Jersey is able to offer online gambling is that the courts have decided it's a state's rights issue. So no way will any court allow residents in other states to participate without an express interstate agreement.
