Netspend dont work on all sites any more.

I dont think u can cash back out to the prepaid card or at least even when stars and tilt was around i couldnt cash out back to the card had to have a check sent..

Also Visa Vanilla Gift Cards work on Carbon - only the vanilla one works -withdrawal is by check tho
