The local casinos in south Washington and northeastern Oregon were definately the force behind this bill. But whats great about it is that it went no-where. These cardrooms were a major reason I choose to move to Portland when I left Vegas, I sometimes feel like the legislation is following me around the country. Its good to see the lobbyist fall flat on their asses.
