the within states thing is pretty much irrelevant. there aren't really any states that could have enough traffic to be worth playing on.
there's a bill in congress atm to legalize and regulate it, but it's been tabled since june and has about 9% chance of passing.
i just wish they would stop with all this social control foolishness and reopen the gates to pokerstars.

This should of been a non topic. The sneaky bastards that made it illegal have to know they are costing the country billions of potential revenue. Make it legal and do it today is what i think
