    Personally, I doubt they have the details ironed out so quickly. I hope taxes will only be paid upon withdrawing, or the whole scheme is not really worth the time of putting it together.

    tax on cigarettes should go up.. no tax on poker.. comeon... pokersites can give irs end of year statement of how much player earn, loss, and withdrew... irs can bill suckers for taxes.. whatdaheck!

    if obama would realize the cash crop is weed.. not deck of cards...

    Tiene q ser de esa manera ,, no pueden seguir prohibiendo el juego basandose en tontas excusas solamente para complacer a unos cuantos,, el pueblo es libre de elegir si quiere jugar o no ,, pero imponer unos cuantos estas leyes para su beneficio ,,, sino deberian de prohibir toda clase de juego ,,, futbol , beisbol ,,, etc ya q el poker es un deporte al igual q todos los demas ,,, esta bien q regulen sobre los impuestos q deberian pagar los grandes conglomerados del poker ,, pero mas no imponer restricciones ,, sino deberian de preguntar al pueblo por medio de una eleccion si quieren el poker o no ,,,,,, esta es mi opinion ,
