There has just been way to "bad" press from online forums and from former employees and pros (tom dwan) taking hits at FTP.. The only way players have a chance of seeing any money back is for the company to be sold and right now that just isnt going to happen. Personally in my opinion from what Ive read, I really dont think a deal will get done anytime soon earliest possible 2013. There is just to much bad press and FTP has major issues with these players and ppl coming out and releasing damaging info. Plus even if someone was to buy and allow cashouts your going to be getting anywhere from .25-.85 on your dollar because there is just no way they have the funds to pay out 100% (after legal fees, lawyers ect.)
