Sure full tilt ran the company wrong and overpaid alot of employess but it is mainly because they are all really smart mathematicans(cant spell lol) who all realised that only a small % of deposits are going to be withdrawn at a certain time. Same way as banks only hold a certain % of deposits and invest the rest. If everyone goes into say bank of america tomorrow and tries to withdraw their balance the company wouldnt have that kinda money on hand and panic would ensue.
Who's to know full tilt might have money tied up in some kind of long term investments or more likely the management have pocketed most of it, but i dont think it was ever their intention to take everyones money and run as the site itself is basically the same as having a machine that prints money.
