Until there is some type of legislation on poker in the US I cant see them opening back up to the US. To risky

Seems like the taxes generated from online poker in the US would really help the country right now. Then again it doesnt seem like congress wants to do anything helpful lately.

UIGEA is still around the last I looked ... Those DOJ bank fraud and money laundering charges too.

congress is ajoke vote them all out send a strong message to new incomers and yes they need to make it regulated for the players to know they are in a fair game
