yeah thier lawyers were probably screwed from the beginning.

It means that the attorney had bitten more than he could chew. It means FT is in pretty bad shape and all the players with years of loyalty and dedication to the site get screwed.

If you ever bump into the poker players listed in the lawsuit, ask them for your Full Tilt money. You can bet they didn't lose their bankrolls when FTP was shut down.
